Karyn's Raw is happy to announce a new Kids Yoga class. This class will be an imaginative and fun way for children to have the tools to calm and destress while truly enjoying themselves.
This class will be taught by Janet. Janet has practiced yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching children for over 25 years. She uses creative visualization meditation with yoga to give children an outlet of physical activity and help them focus.
Parents are invited to watch.
Children may wear comfortable attire like sweat pants, shorts, tee shirts, etc.
Children 12 and under are invited to attend this exciting class. This is a 60 minute class. Class is limited to 20 students.
