I m hearing impaired and 6o years old. I have trouble and struggle to rid of brown age spot on my face and both two hands by using the SPF 30 and wear large brim hat and it still build up more brown age spots, Why is this SPF 30 fail it? Purchased this lotion from Whole food Store.
